  • to enhance the ability of the trainer to distribute his/her energy in order to motivate the audience
  • to strengthen the ability of the trainer to transfer his/her knowledge or expertise in a way that is easy to grasp
  • to enhance the ability of the trainer to keep the audience’s interest alive

  • Managing the Self
    • The role of inner thoughts
    • Maintaining self-control
    • Non-verbal communication in the presentation 
    • The use of audiovisuals
    • Self-assessment on "Managing the Self’ after the presentation 
  • Managing the Audience
    • Creating the right environment based on the goals of the presentation
    • Engaging the audience during the presentation
    • Handling questions from the audience
    • Speeding up and/or slowing down to keep everyone ‘on board’
    • Continuously adjusting to maximize the final impact 
    • Self-assessment on ‘Managing the Audience’ after the presentation 
  • Managing the Content
    • Real understanding of the subject and the ability of the speaker to organize and present the material in a clear and logical manner
    • The ability to effectively transfer knowledge: how to liven up the presentation 
    • Self-assessment on ‘Managing the Content’ after the presentation

Training Methodology

  • continuous role-plays with a varying degree of difficulty during which each participant receives individual coaching 
  • individual personal feedback

Duration and Participations

3 x 2 training days (6 working days – 48 training hours) which can be scheduled one to three weeks apart, in groups of 6 participants
