- The technique of elicitation - Basic principles
- The art of questioning
- Active listening
- Identifying significant cues worth further elicitation
- Achieving clarity
- Identifying and verifying ‘grey’ areas, without violating the personal zone of the interviewee
- Identifying the level of motivation of the individual
- Avoiding awkward and/or silent moments
- Becoming aware of body language signs
- Verifying in practice the interviewee’s claims
- Identifying the degree of improvement of the interviewee during the interview
- Learning to keep under control the interviewer’s personal beliefs and biases
Training Methodology
- short presentations
- continuous role-plays with a varying degree of difficulty during which each participant receives individual coaching
- individual personal feedback
Duration and Participations
2 training days (2 working days - 16 training hours) in groups of 6-8 participants
