- Achieving continuous improvement through people management
- Fields and forms of application
- Essential prerequisites for the success of the Quality Circle
- The Quality Circle (within the Department)
- Individual Engagement
- Selection of Individuals - Criteria
- Selection of Point / Area for improvement
- Identifying and verifying the conditions for the specific point/area domain selection
- Benchmarking
- Validating the "benchmark” and goal setting based on the benchmark
- Achieving the goal set against the benchmark
- ‘Certifying’ the point/area’s improved action/process
- Disseminating the improved course of action/process
- Monitoring and incorporating the improved action/process
- Group engagement (includes the same steps as above, but now involving teams of people)
